What this is
We're building platforms, running support, managing communities, and doing research — all of which can be done from wherever you are. We don't care where you live. We care that you're present, reliable, and doing work that actually helps people.
We're part of Tara Verde — a small network of projects based in Alentejo, Portugal, reaching further. AI-assisted, human-driven.
Our one rule
- No harm to people. The work you do should genuinely benefit whoever is paying for it — or at minimum, leave them no worse off.
- Real output. We pay for results, not hours. If you do the work, you get paid. If you don't, you don't.
- Your past is yours. We don't run background checks. We don't care about conventional employment history. We watch how you work.
- Honest communication. If something's wrong, you tell us. We'll do the same.
Open roles
Current and recurring. Most gigs are async — you work your hours, we measure output.
Customer support — WordPress / WooCommerce plugins
Helping small business owners get unstuck. Written support, mostly in English. Training provided. You need patience and problem-solving instinct more than technical knowledge.
Community manager / Event scout
Monitor conscious events groups, gather and filter events, summarise what matters. South Portugal focus but growing. You know the scene or are willing to learn it.
Research & verification
Fact-check, research topics, compile sources. We use multiple AI models but need humans who catch what they miss. Strong critical thinker preferred.
Content & translation
German–English–Portuguese. Writing, editing, transcribing. We often need things in multiple languages simultaneously. Native or near-native in two languages a strong advantage.
AI product testing
Use our tools, break them, tell us what's wrong. You get early access to things we're building. We get honest feedback from someone not inside our bubble.
On accountability
We're building a lightweight accountability layer — biometric confirmation via Apple Watch / iPhone that work is actually happening. Not surveillance. Just a shared signal that someone's present and engaged. This rolls out gradually. For now: we trust, and we verify through output.
